To book an appointment, please contact our receptionist, Dori, during regular office hours.

OFFICE HOURS:
Monday and Friday – 9am to 5pm

 

If you are unable to make it to a scheduled appointment, please contact us a day in advance if at all possible.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and bring with you all medications or supplements you are taking or have been taking, and your up-to-date medical insurance information.
